Join our team where we are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children with autism. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced ABA Therapy Clinic Director to lead our clinic, ensuring the highest quality of care and service for our clients and their families.

Position Summary:

The ABA Therapy Clinic Director will oversee the daily operations of our clinic, providing leadership and direction to our team of therapists and administrative staff. This role involves ensuring that all services are delivered effectively, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Oversight: Supervise and support ABA therapists, ensuring that treatment plans are implemented effectively and modified as necessary to meet clients’ needs.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff, promoting professional development and ensuring a high standard of care.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience throughout their treatment journey.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure the clinic adheres to all regulatory requirements and best practices in ABA therapy, maintaining accreditation and implementing quality control measures.
Operational Management: Oversee clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and financial management, to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and other stakeholders to promote the clinic’s services and foster collaborative efforts.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
