Position Summary:
The Assistant Clinic Director will work closely with the Clinic Director to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. This role involves supporting clinical staff, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards of client care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Clinical Operations: Assist the Clinic Director in overseeing the delivery of ABA therapy services, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and clinical guidelines.
• Staff Coordination: Help with the recruitment, training, and supervision of clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Client Engagement: Address client and family concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all clients.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations, implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest level of care.
• Administrative Duties: Support scheduling, billing, and other administrative functions to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Community Outreach: Help build and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and other stakeholders to promote the clinic’s services.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• BCBA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA therapy, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
